JuvoAI Pte. Ltd. ("JuvoAI", "we", "us", or "our") is a Singapore-registered company operating the website https://juvoai.co (the "Website"). We are the data controller responsible for your personal data collected through this Website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you visit our Website or engage our services.

  • Email address and name when you book a strategy call via Calendly
  • Business information you share during strategy or onboarding calls

When you visit our Website, we automatically collect certain information through PostHog analytics, including:

4. Personal Data We Process for Our Clients

When we deliver our Services, we may process personal data on behalf of our Clients. What that data is depends on the service: for lead generation it includes the business contact details of prospects; for automation, CRM, and AI-agent work it may include personal data held in a Client's own systems that we are engaged to process.

  • Where we research or build prospect lists ourselves, we act as a data controller (or, together with the Client, a joint controller) for that data.
  • Where a Client provides data for us to process, we act as a data processor, processing it on the Client's instructions.

How this data is handled is set out in the applicable Client Services Agreement. If you have received outreach from us on behalf of a Client and wish to access your data or opt out of further contact, use the opt-out provided or contact us at hello@juvoai.co, and we will action or refer your request.

5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent: Where you have given clear consent for us to process your personal data for a specific purpose
  • Legitimate interest: Where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (such as improving our Website and services, or B2B outreach to relevant business contacts) and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests
  • Contractual necessity: Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract
  • Legal obligation: Where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation

6. Cookies & Analytics

We use privacy-friendly product analytics (PostHog) configured in a cookieless mode — it does not set tracking cookies or store a persistent identifier on your device. We use it to understand, in aggregate, how visitors interact with our Website (such as page views and general usage patterns) so we can improve it.

Because we do not set non-essential tracking cookies, no cookie consent banner is required for this analytics. You can still control cookies and site data through your browser settings at any time.

When delivering our Services, we also use third-party tools, including data, automation, AI, email-sending, scheduling, and CRM providers, to build and run the systems we deliver. Where these process personal data on a Client's behalf, the providers used and how that data is handled are set out in the applicable Client Services Agreement.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: With trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating our Website and delivering our services (as listed in Section 7)
  • Legal requirements: Where required by law, court order, or governmental regulation
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets

As we use third-party services based in various countries, your data may be processed outside of Singapore. Where your data is transferred internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, including reliance on service providers' compliance with applicable data protection standards and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

  • Email correspondence: Retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter
  • Client engagement and campaign data: Retained as specified in the applicable Client agreement
